Founded in 2005, Petideal has been devoted to producing the best pet food and providing innovating OEM & private label service. Petideal Group has three modern plants of total 150000 square meters. The new plant will be put into operating at the end of 2024. The annual output will reach 50 thousand tons for wet pet food and 40 thousand tons for dried pet food and pet treats in 2023. Petideal today manufactures a wide range of products to partners worldwide covering 600 varieties of 4 category. The main products inlcude fresh meat baked pet food, complete and balanced wet pet food, wet cat treats and toppers, and dried dog snack. Our company has been approved and audited by BSCI, MSC, ASC, ISO22000, BRC, IFS,AEO and DLG. The company is also registered with the FDA and EU for pet food exporting. As the founding member of the Shandong Pet Industry Association (SPIA), Petideal has been working hard to promote responsible pet care and advance the pet products industry in China. Petideal fuels the success of our partners with innovation and expertise. Petideal Pet Food is a national high-tech enterprise dedicated to the production of mid-to-high-end pet food, with technology and innovation at the core of our operations. We integrate cutting-edge domestic and international technologies to deliver scientific, integrated product solutions for global customers. The company operates an independent R&D center, with a core team consisting of three Ph.D. holders, 15 master’s degree graduates, and over 60 bachelor’s degree holders. In partnership with Germany's Animonda Pet Foods, we have invested RMB 72 million to establish pilot production lines tailored to pets' nutritional needs across various food processing technologies. Our facilities include an animal nutrition evaluation lab, advanced biochemical testing equipment, and a microbial testing laboratory. We have established strategic partnerships with leading institutions including Jiangnan University, Luohe Medical College, Luohe Food Vocational College, and the Qingdao Pet Food Research Institute, fostering a highly professional R&D team. Petideal’s core team brings over 20 years of experience in the pet industry, serving more than 100 brands worldwide. We are recognized as one of China’s leading pet food manufacturers. Spanning an area of 175 acres, Petideal’s Phase II Future Fresh Workshop—a modernized facility specializing in fresh meat baking, fresh meat extrusion, The production facility utilizing high-pressure processing (HPP) and freeze-drying technology commenced operations in April 2024. Our company holds numerous certifications including the production license for pet compound feed, pet additive premix feed production license, BRC, BSCI, IFS, WCA, Canada CFIA, U.S. FDA, Australian AOIS, and EU export registration.
